No AirB&B, no smoking, vaping or use of drugs, and no growth of cannabis or any other substances are allowed. The temperature will be maintained at 17 degrees Celsius inside the property during wintertime, so that pipes do not feeeze, especially when tenants are away for 24 hours or more.
