The property is available for rent (minimum of 12 months or more). A small dog or cat will be accepted. Please allow at least 24 hours when requesting a visit. No AirB&B, no smoking, vaping or use of drugs, and no growth of cannabis or any other substances are allowed. The temperature will be maintained at 19 degrees Celsius inside the property during wintertime, so that pipes do not freeze, especially when tenants are away for 24 hours or more.
