We are all, in these unprecedented times, adapting or trying to, at least. In doing so, we are experiencing new challenges.
As you may know, Real Estate Brokers are not allowed at the present time, to ask photographers equipped with such technology to provide this package; however, OACIQ is doing their best to negotiate and obtain more permissions from the Quebec Government, that will allow everyone involved in the industry to proceed with their work. UNLESS a client needs to find a place to buy or rent by 31 July 2020.
Due to the changes we are all going through, I thought of sharing with you, this new way of showing a property, virtually. Buyers will have access to a link, through the listing.

The link will allow you to view a 3D Immersive Virtual Tour of the property, including the Doll House; it is quite interesting because it allows you to choose if you want to go to the right, or to the left, or take the staircase, while virtually visiting the property, when you click on the white circles in the video.
